Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
TSI believes in helping its customers as much as possible and therefore follows a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3 hours of placing a Certification Request. However, cancellation requests will not be entertained for bill payments made to TSI.
- Payments made against bills or invoices generated by TSI cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
If you purchase our services and cancel your order within the permitted time, your deposited amount will be refunded after deducting any applicable transaction charges (if any).
Please include your order number (sent to you via email after placing your order) when requesting a refund. You may also choose to share the reason for your refund request—your feedback helps us improve our services continually.
- Refunds will not be provided for services already delivered in full, such as certificates that have been issued.
- Refunds will not be granted for certificates mishandled due to lack of proper care or knowledge.
- All approved refunds are processed within a 21-day period.
